Elderly man and his daughter banished for making twin babies and selling one

An elderly man and her daughter accused of engaging in incestuous sex through which the latter got pregnant twice have been banished from their community for committing an abominable act.

The man in his 60s from Okofia, Otolo Nnewi in Nigeria's Anambra state impregnated his daughter twice, and the first one resulted in twins and they reportedly sold one of the children.

Photos shared on Facebook show the elderly man from Okija in Ihiala Local Government Area with palm fronds tied on his neck, while his daughter who was carrying a baby also had palm fronds tied on her leg, all in a bid to signify that they have committed a sacrilege.

Residents led the father and daughter as well as their remaining twin child to a waiting bus into which all their property were packed.

Facebook user, Okoro Abraham who shared the photos wrote: "Happening now at Okofia Otolo Nnewi, the location of the unizik college of health. This man from Okija impregnated his daughter for the second time, now they are asked to leave Nnewi."
