The latest discovery to have been made at the dreaded area notorious for criminal activities is the business of painting old laptop computers to make them look new again.

The emerging business trend was discovered at Tiptoe Lane of Circle.

A twitter user identified as @Rvp Clerk who made the amazing discovery posted a video which shows a man spraying an old laptop at a place which looks like a shop meant for the business.
