Barcelona cruise to fifth straight victory

Barcelona recorded their fifth straight Euroleague win by cruising to a 107-79 victory over Pinar Karsiyaka.

The Spanish side continued their excellent form in the competition thanks in part to a 19-point performance from Shane Lawal and Carlos Arroyo's 18-point showing.

In the other match in Group C Zalgiris Kaunas overcame Zielona Gora 67-56.

Milos Teodosic scored 25 points as CSKA Moscow emerged victorious 88-82 in a tight contest with Maccabi Tel Aviv, who suffered defeat in Zan Tabak's first game in charge.

Last season's runners-up Olympiacos are on the verge of a place in the Top 16 following a 83-70 defeat of Cedevita while Group B rivals Laboral Kutxa beat EA7 Olimpia Milano 94-82.

Ioannis Bouroussis' double-double (14 points, 13 rebounds) helped Laboral seal their fourth win of the campaign.

In Group A Fenerbahce eased to an 84-67 victory against Bayern Munich and Strasbourg came from 21 points down to see off Crvena Zvezda 78-75.
