Holder will miss the clash in Colombo on Wednesday after a second offence in the past 12 months, the ICC confirmed.

It was ruled Holder's team were two overs short of their target when time allowances were taken into consideration in a game they lost by a wicket on Sunday.

Holder was fined 40 per cent of his match fee and his team-mates 20 per cent, with the captain also suspended.

The 23-year-old accepted the sanction.
