Shortstop Brandon Crawford has signed a lucrative six-year contract extension with the San Francisco Giants, the MLB franchise announced on Tuesday.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed but Crawford, 28, is reportedly set to earn $75million guaranteed with no options and a full no-trade clause.
The deal will cover his final two years of arbitration in addition to four years of free agency. Crawford is entering his second winter of arbitration.

Crawford earned his first All-Star appearance, Gold Glove Award, and Silver Slugger Award after posting career highs in OPS, home runs, doubles, RBIs, and runs scored last season. He batted .256 with 21 home runs and 84 RBIs.
