The unbeaten Carolina Panthers overcame the Indianapolis Colts 29-26 after overtime in an entertaining NFL clash on Monday.

Graham Gano kicked a 52-yard field goal in OT to see the Panthers steady and claim victory at a rainy Bank of America Stadium.

The Colts had rallied from 23-6 down in the fourth quarter to force OT, during which Adam Vinatieri and Gano traded field goals.

An interception by Luke Kuechly set up the Panthers' chance and Gano delivered from 52 yards for the Panthers.

Colts quarterback Andrew Luck finished with 231 yards and two touchdown passes as well as three interceptions.

Cam Newton completed 16 of 35 passes for 248 yards and two TDs for the Panthers, who improved to 7-0 atop the NFC South.

Carolina rushed for 140 yards, led by Jonathan Stewart's 82, while the Colts' 27th-ranked rush offense mustered 136 yards.

Even with the loss, the Colts (3-5) remain atop the AFC South.
