Quade Cooper has revealed that he would favour a return to Reds after signing a three-year deal with the Australian Rugby Union, but is waiting to discover who his former club appoint as coach.
The Australia fly-half recently opted to cut short his stay with Top 14 giants Toulon and head back to his homeland for another stint in Super Rugby.
Cooper has been training at Reds' Ballymore facility this week, but Rebels have also been linked with a move for the 28-year-old.
The playmaker is prepared to bide his time before making a final decision on his future, particularly with Reds not having installed a new coach.

"I'm swaying towards playing in Queensland, but I've got to make an educated decision," he told the Courier-Mail.
"Obviously, who is to coach the Reds is a big thing because you don't want to make a call on whispers one way or the other."
Cooper failed to secure a place in Australia's Sevens team for the Olympic Games in Rio next month and ended his spell with French heavyweights Toulon with a year still remaining on his contract.
