Prepare yourselves, Dr. Pimple Popper is about to drop, er pop, some wisdom on this Wednesday afternoon. How exactly? With a satisfying pop straight from her treatment room, naturally.
In her latest video, Dr. Pimple Popper has a sizable pilar cyst to pop. This one is extra special: It's located right on the top of her patient's head. Yep, right in the scalp surrounded by hair. The Instagram video starts with Dr. Pimple Popper digging in with her scalpel and scissors, creating an opening wide enough to pop the whole thing out. Already, this pop is not for the faint of heart.

After trimming around the cyst, Dr. Pimple Popper drops her tools and uses just her fingers. It is squeezing time, and she is determined to get this pilar cyst out whole. And boy does she squeeze.
Dr. Pimple Popper squeezes until slowly the whole pilar cyst wiggles its way right out. It is well-behaved, and it sits on top of her patient's head. "You just had a third baby," the doctor tells her patient.
