Fireworks, glitter, and popping Champagne bottles make for a very festive New Year's Eve celebration. This year, dermatologist Sandra Lee, aka Dr. Pimple Popper, would like to add some pimple popping to the festivities. She did just that with three new Instagram videos to say farewell to 2019 and ring in 2020 in satisfying fashion.
She started with a rock-solid dilated pore of Winer, and the pops only got crazier from there. Dr. Pimple Popper wrote in the caption: "Lets go into the New Year with a CLEAN SLATE! "
Dr. Pimple Popper starts the extraction with her scalpel. She slices into and around the DPOW. Then, she starts squeezing. This DPOW is ready to move, and it starts sliding right out of the skin. It needs more than a squeeze to pop out completely, so Dr. Pimple Popper grabs her tweezers. She tugs and pulls until the entire rock of a DPOW comes out whole. One Popaholic wrote: "An OG CLASSIC!!!! Still makes my heart melt every time!"

After dispatching the DPOW, Dr. Pimple Popper moved onto a cyst. She dedicated this cyst to all her single fans in the caption: "Coming into the New Year single? Well dont worry about it because were Not Married to this Cyst either!"
Dr. Pimple Popper makes a small incision on the top of the cyst. Then, she drops her tools and uses only her fingers to squeeze. This cyst takes some serious muscle, then it lets everything out. A huge mass of white gunk finally pops out. Her fans are all about this festive pop. One wrote in the comments: "Happy New Year! Looking forward to many more 'pops' in 2020! "
Dr. Pimple Popper finished everything off with a real bang: a slithering whitehead. She captioned the Instagram video: "A nice slithering whitehead and some blackheads too! #drpimplepopper." This video begins with a survey of her patient's clogged forehead and nose.
Dr. Pimple Popper gets right to work with her comedone extractor tool. She clears out the whitehead first and out pops a slithering snake. Then, she moves onto the blackheads on her patient's nose. The blackheads pop out right on command.
Dr. Pimple Popper's fans begged for more in the comments: "I need like, an hour long video of this kind of blackhead removal lol." Well, there are hundreds of videos waiting on Youtube or you can repeat this one until it hits 60 minutes. With Dr. Pimple Popper, you can't go wrong.
