5 dead, 25 missing following fire outbreak in shopping centre

No fewer than 25 people are missing while 5 people are feared dead after a shopping center in the city of Kazan collapsed in a fire.

According to news agency, Reuters the head of the regional emergencies ministry, Igor Panshin reported that "Around 25 people have not gotten in touch (with their relatives)."

He further said:

"the hope of finding survivors under the shopping center debris has been abandoned."

About 200 people are reported to have been evacuated from the building while 40 people were injured in the blaze.
