The Kenya National Union of Teachers (KNUT) Kirinyaga branch officials have threatened to take legal action against the nominated Member of Parliament Wilson Sossion.
According to the officials should Sossion fail to resign from his post as the Secretary General of the Union they will take legal action against him.
Sossion was sworn in on August 31 with other elected member of the 12 parliament after being nominated on an ODM ticket.

The Kirinyaga branch KNUT Secretary General Harrisson Muriithi said that they cannot trust Sossion to deliver now that his has too many responsibilities on his shoulders.
In July this year Sossion came under fire when he said that all teachers were in support of The National Super Alliance (NASA).
Wilson Sossion and Mudzo Nzili were on March 4, 2016 re-elected into office as KNUT Secretary General and Chairman respectively.

Despite an earlier stand that he had turned down an offer from ODM leader Raila Odinga as a nominated MP on grounds of inability, Sossion took oath in parliament.
