GFA/Olympics injunction appeal case adjourned as “sick” lawyer fails to show up in court

Accra Great Olympics fail to report in their case against the Ghana Football Association with the excuse of lawyer Kwesi Austin being sick

The case between the Ghana Football Association and Accra Great Olympics has been adjourned to 15 March following the latter failing to appear in court with the excuse that Lawyer Kwesi Austin was sick.

Accra Great Olympics applied for an injunction pending an appeal to prevent the Ghana Premier League from starting without Olympics.

The appeal hearing was originally set for 15 March, 2018 however the GFA moved to push the hearing forward which was set for this morning.

The abridgement hearing had then been adjourned to the original 15 March, 2017
