Richmond Boakye Yiadom takes to twitter to celebrate 3Oth goal for the year 2017

Ghanaian striker Richmond Boakye Yiadom scored a goal for Red Star Belgrade on Thursday night for the Europa League.

In the 75th minute Richmond Boakye-Yiadom took an absolute screamer of a shot which ensured the Serbian side got the victory away from home to German side FC Cologne.

Boakye Yiadom did not hide the elation to reaching the 30 goal mark for the calendar year of 2017.

The player has spent two seasons with the Serbian side as he joined the club on loan in the 2016/2017 from his former side Latina. That was before sealing a permanent deal for the club this season.

Boakye-Yiadom scored 16 goals towards the end of the season for Red Star Belgrade last season. This season has had mark 13 goals so far. 8 European goals, 2 for Ghana Black Stars in Brazzaville against Congo and 3 Serbian League goals.

The Ghanaian striker however scored a goal for Latina before joining the side on loan in January 2017.

Boakye Yiadom posted a video on twitter with the caption “My goal #30 of 2017. Glory be to God! My deep appreciation to my family, everyone at Latina. The post was with reference to the former club."
