It's getting scarier everyday to comment on issues happening in Ghana day by day. Political communicators, Ernest Owusu-Bempah and Yaw Adomako Baafi of the National Democratic Party (NDP) and the New Patriotic Party (NPP), respectively, were apparently invited by the Bureau of National Investigation (BNI).
BNI "Invites" Ernest Owusu-Bempah & Yaw Adomako Baafi
This invitation is supposedly in relation to their comment on the arrest of a Ghanaian woman alleged to have attempted to smuggle 12.5kg of cocaine to UK.
This invitation is supposedly in relation to their comment on the arrest of a Ghanaian woman alleged to have attempted to smuggle 12.5kg of cocaine to UK. According to AdomFMOnline, the two were invited after they had earlier resisted arrest from agents of the investigative agency Monday evening.
There was an apparent scuffle when the BNI operatives tried to pick the two politicians up, prompting bystanders to prevent the arrest of the two by the BNI officials.
Owusu-Bempah and Adomako had appeared on a late evening political show on Accra-based Peace FM.
They appeared on the show with one Boahene of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) where issues concerning the recent cocaine saga were discussed extensively.
