Akua Donkor is said to be writing her statement at the Ashanti Regional Police Command.
According to the complainant, Ama Yeboah, she bought a parcel of land from Akua Donkor in 2009 but has since been given pressure from the family of Akua Donkor to stay away from the land.

She said that she had called Madam Donkor to complain about the issue but she has not been able to reach her.

The complainant, however, had a hint on Monday morning that Akua Donkor was in Kumasi.
She subsequently alerted the police and Akua Donkor was arrested.
