MP says he doesn't hate President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo
The controversial politician says his criticisms of the NPP are in good faith and not of hatred.
The outspoken politician has explained that his harsh comments against the Nana Addo-led administration are not out of spite but to encourage the government to fulfil the promises the party made to the Ghanaian electorate during the 2016 election.

Mr. Agyepong alluded that the government has not been forthcoming in their promises.
He also claimed that Ghanaians are losing confidence in the incumbent NPP government and that his critique is actually helping to streamline the actions of some wayward government appointees. According to him, playing the devil’s advocate is actually in the interest of the party as Ghanaians would deny them power as a party in 2020 should they fail.
Hon. Agyepong has in the past alleged that the scandal involving the Managing Director of BOST was set up by the opposition NDC.
He has also criticized the government for neglecting the interest of the Central region.
This comment was at the back of the latest appointment of ambassadors by the president, none of which were from the Central region.
