Asante Kotoko whipped Aduana Stars by 4-0 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Kumasi on match day 30 of the First Capital Plus Premier League.

The first half of the exchanges failed to produce a goal, but back from recess Asante Kotoko doubled up their effort and got 4 goals

It was an evening for the former Berekum Chelsea players as they scored three goals through Jackson Owusu’s brace and a goal from Obed Owusu.

Jackson Owusu broke the deadlock for Kotoko through open play, before he doubled his side’s lead from the spot kick. Obed Owusu had his turn by making it goal number 3, before Richard Oti put the icing on the cake to give the dethroned champions 4-0 victory.

This is the highest scoreline in Kotoko-Aduana Stars encounters.
