The France international left Manchester United to join the Italian Serie A champions in 2012 but is set to return to Old Trafford on a world record transfer fee.
In a statement released by Manchester United on their official website on Sunday, the club wrote:
"Paul Pogba has been granted permission to have a medical in order to finalise his transfer from Juventus to Manchester United."
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho who revealed he wanted his deals done before the Old Trafford club kick off their Premier League season will look forward to finalizing personal terms with the Frenchman who joined the Old Trafford club as a 16-year-old from Le Havre in 2009.
