NDC Primaries : More casualties recorded

Nii Armah Ashietey incumbent MP for the Klottey Korley Constituency has lost to Dr. Zenator Rawlings.

Some incumbent members of parliament have lost their seats in the NDC primaries according to provisional results coming in.

Adentan (CERTIFIED PARLIANENTARY  RESULTS) Mohammed Ramadan 2387, Malam Issah 97, Ashie Moore (Incumbent MP) 1130. Mohammed Ramadam has won the Adent ticket.

For the presidential in the Adentan constituency 3832 voted Yes for President Mahama and 117 voted No.

MP for Daboya Mankarigu constituency Abudu Nelson has also lost to Shaibu Mahama.

Deputy Minister of Agriculture MP for Mion Dr. Alhassan Ahmed Yakubu also lost to Dr. Mu-Awia Zakaria

Head of Corporate Communications of the Volta River Authority (VRA) Samuel Fletcher has been elected to represent the NDC in the  Gomoa West Constituency in the Central region. He polled t 4,494 votes as against the incumbent Francis Kojo Arthur’s 1,284.

Foreign Affairs and regional integration minister Hanna  Serwaa Tetteh has also won against Captain Richard Owiredu in a landslide victory in Ewutu Senya constituency.

TV personality Eric Don Arthur has also won the ticket in the Effutu constituency.  Meanwhile, deputy finance minister Kweku Ricketts Hagan has been re-elected in the Cape Coast South constituency. He garnered 5104 votes as against Thomas Hughes Amisah’s 796.

Actor and comedian Kwame Dzokoto  has won the ticket to represent the NDC in the Tarkwa Nsuaem Constituency in the Western region.

In the KEEA constituency Dr. Samuel Arthur Mills ,the brother of late President Mills has  won the KEEA ticket with 3356 votes.

Benita Okiti Duah has retained her ticket in the Ledzokuku constituency.

In the Suame constituency in the Ashanti region Brogya Gyamfi has won over Francis Dodovi .

In the Ahanta West constituency Incumbent George Kwame Aboagye polled 1892 against  Sam Payin Yalley who polled 1164.

In Bolgatanga Central Isaac Adongo has won,

Radio Gold's Alhassan Suhuyini has won the Tamale North constituency ticket.

John Abdulai Jinapor , deputy minister for Energy has won the Yapei Kusawgu ticket

Inusah Fuseini has won the Tamale Central constituency  ticket

Haruna Iddrisu has won the Tamale South constituency ticket

Deputy Minister for Trade and Industry Mutala Mohammed has won the ticket for the Nanton constituency

Alban Bagbin has retained his ticket in the Nadowli Kaleo constituency with a landslide.

Rasheed Pelpuo retained his Wa Central ticket

Ebenezer Assifuah takes the lead ahead of the former Sekondi Takoradi Mayor Capt. Rtd Anthony Cudjoe who contested the 2012 general elections with Papa Owusu Ankomah.

Sports Minister Dr. Mustapha Ahmed also lost the Ayawaso North seat to Yussif Jajah.
