Rapper Sarkodie will miss the highly anticipated #DumsorMustStop vigil set for Saturday, May 16 despite the significant role he played in starting the campaign.
The rapper is currently in Miami where he is shooting a video for his unreleased collaboration with American multiple award-winning rapper, Ace Hood . Pulse.com.gh sources say, he will return on Tuesday, May 19.
His absence means that, he will not be able to join fellow celebrities who will storm On-The-Run, the starting point of the march.
Sarkodie was one of the few Ghanaian celebrities who spearheaded the campaign against the erratic power supply which has hit the country for years, thus, his absence will mean a lot.
Other celebrities who are expected include Yvonne Nelson, DKB, Ama K. Abebrese, David Prince Osei.
