Gun found in Jesus Ahoufe's house after police search (VIDEO)

A weapon has been found at the home of the man of God in the middle of the Shatta Wale brouhaha.

Jesus Ahuofe

Jesus Ahoufe was arrested on 19th October over his doom prophecy about the dancehall act. Whilst speaking during an Accra FM interview on on Tuesday, September 28, he said that the popular musician will be shot on October 18, 2021, if he doesn’t pray hard.

Bishop Stephen Akwasi Appiah who is the Founder and leader of Newlife Kingdom Chapel International has since been kept in custody and denied bail as Shatta Wale said his prophecy forced him to stage his shooting stunt.

Meanwhile, Vivian Appiah, who is the wife of Bishop Stephen Akwasi aka Jesus Ahoufe, has told Citi TV the police sneaked her husband to search their home where they found a gun.

"We were all here my husband was here with us, so we were back and forth with the crime officer and he said we should calm down and they would grant him bail tonight so we were all hoping that tonight we will get bail," she said.

She continued that "so I was sitting in front of my car and one of my sons said Mummy they are taking Daddy away and I said to where? So I took my phone and called him and said they are taking him home ...so I stayed here with some church members".

Asked what the police went to do at their home, Vivian Appiah disclosed that "I don't know what they were looking for but when they went inside my house, all I know is that they have searched everywhere and saw my husband's registered gun".

"They brought the gun here, they have seen that the gun is registered, everything was on point so they started preparing a docket that we are going to get a bail". However, just like Shatta Wale, Jesus Ahoufe has also been denied bail.

He is set to re-appear in court on re-appear on October 25, 2021. Hear more from his wife in the video below.
