English man breaks weightlifting record

Eddie Hall achieved this hue feat at the Arnold Classic event in Australia and was cheered by Hollywood action star, Arnold Schwarzenegger

 

Eddie Hall is an English professional strongman,has set a new world record by lifting a whooping 462kg.

The weightlifter achieved this hue feat at the Arnold Classic event in Australia and was cheered by Hollywood action star, Arnold Schwarzenegger.

"I had Arnold Schwarzenegger cheering me and he gave me a high five to congratulate me after the event – even though I left him hanging at first," Edddie Hall said.

He later took to his Twitter account to describe the moment as 'priceless'.

"That moment when you pull a WORLD RECORD deadlift 462kg and @Schwarzenegger is cheering you on.PRICELESS! " he wrote on Twitter alongside a photo of him in action and Schwarzenegger cheerinng.

Famous for his roles in Rocky and Terminator, Lister Schwarzenegger, was left impressed with Eddie.

"I used to powerlfit and my record was 710lbs (332kg), so I know how much this is. I can’t even believe humanly possible," the former California Governor said.

"I am so lucky and so fortunate that the record was [set] right here."
