A report by Joy news indicates that the said ‘light skinned’ lady came for the auditions very prepared, and exhibited eloquence and confidence, but failed to make the cut because she had tempered with her skin.

Despite admitting that she had bleached her skin, she explained to the judges that she had no idea that a cream she bought from a cosmetologist could have such effect.

She pleaded with the jury to allow her contest, explaining that she had even stopped using the ‘bleaching’ cream.

However, her pleas were turned down by the judges, who said they had no choice than to disqualify her due to her bleached skin.
