Marcy Castelgrande, a model has slammed wealthy New York fashion designer, Elie Tahari with a $6 million sexual harassment lawsuit four years after she was sacked by the fashion house.
Castelgrande further claimed that she was fired in 2011 by the well-known designer just two hours after she complained to an HR rep at his company.

According to reports, the 32-years old model filed the lawsuit on Friday, June 12, 2015 claiming the wealth fashion designer, who had divorced his partner, Rory Green, harassed her sexually during a modeling session where Tahari tried to lift her skirt above her panty line in front of a roomful of their co-workers.
“Tahari’s recently divorced CEO, Mr. Tahari, unlawfully and inappropriately touched Ms. Castelgrande in the area of her private parts while she was modeling a skirt before a public crowd of at least ten people.
'She needs to leave. I can’t work with her. She is too sensitive. I’ve had lawsuits in the past and cannot deal with another one,' the suit states.
