Stir-fried beef with vegetables

Ingredients

  • Beef stripes
  • Olive oil
  • Onions
  • Ginger
  • Cloves
  • Beef spice
  • Garlic
  • White and black pepper
  • Magie cube
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Cabbage, chopped
  • Green pepper, chopped

Method

  • Wash vegetables and blend
  • Cut beef into stripes
  • Marinade beef with blended vegetables, beef spice, magie cube, pinch of salt, and and set aside for 5 minutes or more.
  • Dip the beef in flour until well coated.
  • Heat a wok with olive oil.
  • Fry beef until golden brown.
  • Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain and set aside.
  • Put in your vegetables, add white and black pepper, sesame seeds, and stir
  • Add soy sauce, sugar and stir for 3-5 minutes.
  • Add the beef stripes, stir and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with rice or yam
