For a good source of protein, try eggs

A good source of protein to start your day with is eggs, they’re full of; vitamins, unsaturated fats (which are good for you) and of course protein.

 

However a lot of those proteins come in the form of foods high in saturated fats and bad cholesterol.

These can lead to health complications later in life like high blood pressure.
