How to make coconut waffles

3 cups rice flour

1 cup palm sugar or raw sugar

2 pinches salt

3 eggs

1 cup coconut cream or milk

1/2 cup of fresh or frozen grated coconut

4 tablespoons of coconut oil

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, eggs, coconut cream and grated coconut.

Whisk to form a batter.

Heat up your waffle iron and wipe or spray it with oil.

Scoop of the batter into waffle pan.

Cook until golden brown and crisp.
