Cabbage
Sausage, diced

Method
Chop cabbage roughly and put them in a large pot with water. Pour vinegar on them and wait until you make other preparations. Then drain.
Heat coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Cook and stir onion and garlic in hot oil until onion is translucent, 5 to 7 minutes.
Stir tomatoes into onion mixture, place cover on saucepan, and cook until tomatoes are soft, 10 to 15 minutes.
In a large pan, heat oil and add the sausage.
Cook and flip for several minutes until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add the sausages, seasoning and taste for salt.
Add cabbage, stir and cover to cook for 7 - 10 minutes.
Allow to simmer when it is soft and serve with rice.
