Tech giant launches first Android Wear smartwatch that supports 4G LTE

The all-new LG Watch Urbane 2nd Edition

In addition to the premium V10 device, LG has also announced a successor to the Watch Urbane smartwatch.

Named the LG Watch Urbane 2nd Edition, the smartwatch will be the first ever Android Wear smartwatch with 4G LTE support.

The LG Watch Urbane 2 Edition sports a brand new 1.38-inch fully circular P-OLED display with a resolution of 480x480 pixels which results in a very impressive pixel density of 348ppi.

Other specs include an industry standard Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 SoC, 768MB of RAM, 4GB of in-built memory, and sensors including accelerometer, gyrometer, compass, barometer, heart rate sensor, and GPS.

The smartwatch will be available to retailers in the US and South Korea first. There is no information on pricing yet.
