The Trade Union Congress (TUC) has said that other African leaders on the continent must emulate the tolerant nature of President Mahama.

The Chairman of the workers union Dr Yaw Baah was speaking when they paid a courtesy call on President Mahama to introduce themselves to him as the newly elected executive body of the Union.

The TUC also welcomed the plans of government to increase the number of jobs in the country.
He was quick to add that President Mahama must address the issues concerning the high interest rates in the country.

Meanwhile President Mahama assured the TUC that they will continue to dialogue with all the appropriate stakeholders for better conditions in the country.
