Afram Plains ferry accident claims one life

A small ferry which plies the Afram river sank on Saturday night and has claimed one life.

Several others were injured while some persons are reported missing.

The injured persons are receiving treatment at the hospital while a search party has been dispatched to serach for the missing persons.The residents in the area have attributed the cause of the accident to overloading.
