Ayew scored the opener in the 18th minute from a header, before former Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel doubled the lead in the 27th minute.
Erzurumspor pulled one back through Emrah Bassan and Lennart completed the comeback to deny Fenerbache all the three points.
Fenebache have had a poor start to the Turkish topflight league and after failing to win, they still remain in the relegation zone.
