Ghanaian footballer who killed mother and sister to undergo new psychiatric examination

Ghanaian footballer Solomon Nyantakyi is expected to undergo new psychiatric examination after he murdered his mother and sister last year in Italy.

Nyantakyi who is being worked on by two psychiatric specialist has been behaving weird while at Rems Mezzani Prison facility, having attempted to escape in March.

The Italian Police and the nation’s judicial body have now asked professional psychiatric specialist Paolo Abbate and Mario Massimo Mantero who are all based in Milan to look at the mental health of Nyantakyi if everything is fine with him.

It would be recalled that Solomon Nyantakyi, suspected to have joined bad company in Italy stabbed his mother Patience and younger sister Magdalene at their San Leonardo apartment.

The 21-year-old had stint with Parma youth team.
