The 59-year-old recently left his post as Ghana coach after the GFA refused to renew his contract upon its expiration.
Ex-Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah is reportedly in talks with the Sudanese Football Association to become the country’s next national team coach.

However, it appears he is not without suitors, with the GNA reporting that he could soon be heading to Sudan.
Appiah is said to have confirmed talks with the Sudanese FA and was hoping to get the nod as their national coach.
He recently disclosed that it was an honour to be given the opportunity to manage the black Stars.
In a parting message, the 59-year-old said he has felt immense pride during his association with the Black Stars, both as a player and a coach.
He further thanked President Akufo-Addo, the Ghana Football Association (GFA) and Ghanaians for their support.
“Through the years I was in charge, I worked with my backroom staff to lay the strong foundation required for others to build on, towards a better future and success for the team,” sections of the statement read.
“I thank the President H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for the opportunity to serve the nation. I also express my appreciation to the Ministry of Youth and Sports, as well as the Ghana Football Association for their support.”
