Argentina-based Leal stars as Sao Tome get first away win

Argentina-based Luis Leal scored twice as Sao Tome e Principe ended a 21-year wait for a first Africa Cup of Nations away victory by defeating Mauritius 3-1 Wednesday.

The match was among four preliminary round first legs that began the process of qualifying 23 teams for the 2021 tournament, which Cameroon will host.
