Lee Radford signs new Hull FC contract
The former Hull captain was appointed as successor to Peter Gentle in 2013, having joined the coaching staff two years earlier.
Radford was in the final year of his contract with his hometown club, but the 37-year-old has been rewarded with a new deal after guiding Hull to fourth in the Super League table following six wins in their last seven games.
"The timing of the announcement alongside the players who have signed up obviously shows the stability and the foundation of the club," he told hullfc.com.
"It was an unbelievably easy decision for me. The support he [owner Adam Pearson] has shown since day one has made my job so much easier.
"He has strengthened my drive to be successful with this club for the fans and for him personally as I know it means an awful lot to him."
