The striker was fined £800 and banned from driving for 28 days on Friday, May 15 after he admitted speeding at 109mph in his Ferrari.
Balotelli's car was said to have been calibrated in kilometres per hour and he was not ware that he was driving at that speed.
He was however co-operative with the police after he was stopped and the court has ordered him to pay£800, and £80 victim surcharge and £100 court costs.
