The Cleveland Indians have landed relief pitcher Andrew Miller from the New York Yankees for four prospects.

MLB All-Star Miller had been the target of contenders in need of bullpen help, but Cleveland sent the best package to acquire his services. The Yankees received top prospects outfielder Clint Frazier and starting pitcher Justus Sheffield on Sunday.

Miller has been excellent this season. The closer turned set-up man has nine saves, a 1.39 ERA, 0.77 WHIP and 77 strikeouts in just over 45 innings pitched.

He will immediately upgrade Cleveland's closer position, moving Cody Allen to a set-up role.

The Indians will have Miller under club control through 2018. He is currently in the second year of a four-year $36million deal.
