He was arrested with six other people according to a Daily Post News report.

Jerry reportedly committed the crime at his office located at Aduleama in Amassoma community of Southern Ijaw Local Government Area of the state.

State police commissioner, Adeyemi Ogunjemilusi, confirmed the arrests while parading the suspects at the command's headquarters.

He mentioned that one of the suspects had threatened to kill an 8-year-old rape victim if she told her mother about the encounter.
