A twenty-six-year-old man in Pennsylvania, USA, was Tuesday charged for violating a no-contact restraining order by allegedly liking 22 photos and videos on his ex-girlfriend's Facebook page.

Justin Bellanco, 26, allegedly threatened to shoot the woman's knee cap to "watch her suffer," according to the restraining order that was granted to the woman on July 28.

According to nydailynews.com, Bellanco was told he could not have any contact with the woman for one year and that included social media.

But the 24-year-old victim told police Monday he "liked" 22 pictures and photos on her page. She also spotted Bellanco outside the police department as she as leaving, the newspaper reported.

Officers arrested the suspect who claimed he was on his way home, but police said he did not live near the station.

Bellanco was released on $5,000 bail.

He did successfully get a restraining order on the woman a year earlier after claiming she choked him when he tried to get her to leave her house in 2014. That restraining order expired in April.
