The Washington Nationals bolstered their line-up again on Friday, trading pitcher Drew Storen and cash to the Toronto Blue Jays for outfielder Ben Revere and a player to be named later.

Revere, who featured in Toronto's run to the MLB American League Championship Series last season, can immediately slide into left or centre field for the Nationals and bat leadoff in front of new addition Daniel Murphy and National League MVP Bryce Harper.
Revere, 27, batted .306/.342/.377 and swiped 32 bases in 152 games between the Phillies and Blue Jays in 2015.
Storen, 28, logged 55 relief innings for the Nationals last season at 3.44 ERA.
