The professor was being of help to the mother of the baby who is equally a student, and was going to be absent from class due to lack of a babysitter to care for the infant in her absence.

The student and mother, Ashton Robinson wrote on her Facebook page that, she sent an email to Henry Musoma, her professor at Mays Business School just to inform him that she would have to miss a class because she couldn't find a babysitter for her son, Emmett, in time for the scheduled session.

Ashton Robinson said in that same Facebook post that, she was surprised when Musoma asked her to "Please bring him!"

She posted a video of the Professor grinning as he lectured whilst carrying Ashton’s baby in one of his arms.

The obviously elated single mother later wrote on her page on Facebook that "being a single mom is so challenging but it's people like Dr. Henry Musoma that make life just a tiny bit easier!"

She said the lecturer’s gesture has made a remarkable impression on her.

"THIS is why I'm so proud to be an Aggie! Definitely something I'll never forget and can't wait to someday tell Emmett that it's because of people like this that mommy was able to graduate from the best university in the world."

Professor Henry Musoma is being inundated with commendations from across the globe including the university President, Michael K. Young.
