Landlord pours buckets of human waste in houses to evict defiant tenants

Prior to the unconventional eviction, Joseph Kagwatha from Kenya had notified the tenants of the increased rent from KSh25,000 to KSh30,000.

That was followed by suspension of essential services such as water and electricity supply as well as refused to collect garbage, according to Tuko.co.ke.

The tenants then went to court to challenge the landlord’s decision and a ruling was given in their favour.

"You are hereby ordered to restore all the facilities such as water, electricity supply, garbage collection, security, and parking services with immediate effect," the court reportedly ruled.

However, to register his dissatisfaction about the court order and evict the tenants at all cost, Joseph Kagwatha reportedly collected and dumped buckets of human waste in the houses to get the tenants pack out of them.
