Azumah Nelson to follow Asamoah Gyan into airline operations?

According to Aviationghana.com Azumah Nelson has commenced a procedure to see him operate an airline service.

The legendary Ghanaian boxer is reported to have held discussions with Ghana Civil Aviation Authority about establishing an airline.

According to reports, the discussion between Azumah Nelson and the aviation industry regulator took place months ago and the current situation is that the former boxer and his business associates will now need to submit some mandatory documents to the authority.

This is to now permit the operations of the airline establishment. Azumah Nelson will follows the current Black Stars captains’ “Baby Jet Airlines”.

The President of Ghana announced the coming into being of Asamoah Gyan’s latest business venture and also pledged government’s support to any local investor interested in the Aviation Business at the 2017 Africa Air Show.

The Expo took place from the 24th to the 26th of October, 2017

The 59-year-old has once held the WBC Super Feather weight title and was bestowed a “Champion Award” from the WBC in October,2017.
