Asamoah Gyan says Ghana wants to beat Egypt for pride

The captain of the Black Stars has stated the Black Stars will face Egypt with all seriousness despite failing to qualify for the World Cup

Egypt managed to finally get the spot in the world after a 27-year wait at the expense of Ghana in group E in the African qualifiers.

Many believe the game in Cape Cost is inconsequential but speaking to the media after the team’s first training session, Gyan said Ghana wants to win.
