It was reported earlier this week that the former Nottingham Forest striker is still battling the condition of stroke and can barely speak.
The GFA posted on Wednesday on their twitter official handle pictures of the player in his days with the Ghana Black Stars.
The caption:
"Pain makes you stronger, the pain you feel today will be the strength you feel tomorrow. Stay strong Junior Manuel Agogo”
Junior Agogo had 27 caps for Ghana’s Senior National Team and scored 12 goals in the process.
He played for the Ghana Black Stars from 2006 to 2009 and went into body fitness after his football career which ended in 2012.
