Hearts topples Kotoko in digital media rankings

Hearts of Oak have emerged as the best Ghanaian Club in Africa digital Football ranking.

Accra Hearts of Oak have beaten rivals Asante Kotoko as the highest ranked Ghanaian Club in the Africa digital Football ranking.

The Phobians are ranked 26th in Africa after a research conducted by German-based outfit Result Sports. The research looked at the clubs with most active and interactive social media accounts.

The research analysis underlines the need for much work and attention from clubs in the country through the use of digital media tools to connect to fans, wield enough influence and reach in marketing their respective brands.

This makes Hearts of Oak, undoubtedly the best club in terms of active social media account, since they are the only Ghanaian clubs verified by twitter.
