The 21-year-old forward opened his account in the 23rd minute after nodding home a fine cross from Adrian Winter.

Dwamena continued to torment the defense of Grasshopper throughout the game and even earned a penalty for his side but the spot kick was wasted by Michael Frey.

The Black Stars striker netted his second goal in the 82nd minute with a well-composed curler from outside the 18 yard into the goalkeeper’s top right corner.

The result sent FC Zurich to summit of the 2017/18 Swiss Super League of the table.
