Producers respond to Skales' claim, say 'Azonto' was for Wizkid

Made up of two producers, the award winning production unit deny Skales' claim that the instrumental was his originally.

The war of words between Skales and Wizkid has inevitably raised up some issues. In one of Skales' tweets, the Baseline Music act claimed that Wizkid stole the beat for 'Azonto' which was originally is for him.

'Azonto' the hit single by Wizkid came out in 2012 and was produced by Legendury Beatz, which is made up of two producers, siblings Uzezi Oniko and Okiemute Oniko.

Via their official Twitter account, the brothers have responded to Skales' claim. According to the brothers, the Azonto instrumental was paid in full by Wizkid. "The Azonto beat was fully payed for by @wizkidayo I don't know what @youngskales is talking about...I created that beat!!!!" tweeted Legendury Beatz.

The production duo were signed to Star Boy in 2013. Legendury Beatz was established in 2009.
