Robert Carradine, wife in horrific car crash

star, Robert Carradine and his wife have been reportedly involved in a horrifying car accident with a semi-truck.

According to TMZ, the head-on collision occurred last week on a Colorado highway at 3 PM.

Police report further stressed that Carradine crossed the dividing line and slammed into the truck, thus, leaving firefighters to remove Carradine from his car before been rushed to a nearby hospital with "incapacitating" injuries.

Carradine's wife was in the car and also injured.

So far, there has been no word on how the actor or his wife are fearing but alleged reports hinted that the brother of the late David Carradine, was cited for careless driving.

However, cops say drugs and alcohol were NOT a factor.
